This shabu-shabu set is only available at the Kumoji store.The Agu pigs we use in our restaurant are black-haired pigs that were brought to Ryukyu from China long ago, and are truly a mythical pig, with only a little over 100 in captivity.The meat is soft and juicy.It has a light fat content, a nice shine to the meat, and no unpleasant odor.Enjoy the luxurious beef tongue with ponzu sauce and sesame dressing.
